To help ease the burden of rising costs, we've set up a Solidarity Market on our campus – a special place where seniors can shop freely, focused on answering two simple questions: What do you need? And what do you like? Every week, we continue to provide over 600 hot lunches directly to our community, and now the Solidarity Market doubles the support our participants receive. By offering access to essential items, the Solidarity Market helps ease immediate struggles and promotes a sense of community care.
We're reimagining what it means to be a non-profit. Every donation to The Happy Givers becomes healthy meals, safer homes, brand new jobs, and seeds for the harvest. Whether you buy a t-shirt or send us a monetary gift, know that it helps real people with real needs. Our goal is also to help those around us by being a LOCAL non-profit, led by local leaders, empowered by our local store. There's still much to accomplish, and that's where you come in.
